Every Above The Bar Soapery & Gift Co. order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During holidays, special promotions, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Above The Bar Soapery & Gift Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because our bath, body, skincare, and fragrance products are personal-use items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons.

We want you to feel cared for when shopping with us. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can help.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review what happened and make it right.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier.

MELTING & TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

Some of our handcrafted products contain butters, oils, waxes, and other ingredients that may naturally soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

A change in texture caused by heat does not necessarily affect the quality of the product. During warmer months, we encourage customers to retrieve packages promptly after delivery and avoid leaving them outdoors for extended periods.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Gift cards, custom or personalized products, clearance items, and products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
